Powder metallurgy technology
We assess each project individually and select the optimal technology based on shape, material and required properties.
MIM metal products
Metal Injection Moulding
MIM (Metal Injection Moulding) is an advanced powder metallurgy technology that combines the principles of plastic injection moulding with the properties of metal materials.
It enables the efficient mass production of small, complex metal parts with high density, precision and repeatability, without the need for costly machining.
The MIM process is ideal where conventional methods of machining, pressing or casting encounter technical or economic limitations.
CIM ceramic products
Ceramic Injection Moulding
CIM (Ceramic Injection Moulding) is an advanced powder metallurgy technology that combines the advantages of plastic injection moulding with the properties of engineering ceramics.
The CIM process is ideal where there is a need to produce complex-shaped, thin-walled and dimensionally stable components that could not be manufactured using conventional methods.
It enables the mass production of ceramic components with high dimensional accuracy, excellent mechanical properties and exceptional thermal and chemical resistance.

HIP
Hot Isostatic Pressing
HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressing) is an advanced process that combines high pressure and high temperature to achieve maximum material density and homogeneity.
The process is used to compact metal or ceramic parts after sintering, to eliminate internal pores and improve mechanical properties.
The result is components with higher strength, toughness and reliability, even under extreme operating conditions.
Thermal and thermochemical treatment
Thermal and thermochemical treatments enable the optimisation of the mechanical and functional properties of metal components, particularly hardness, strength and wear resistance. We arrange these processes through trusted external partners in accordance with the customer’s requirements and in line with subsequent production stages.
Chip machining
If the dimensional tolerance requirements of a part exceed the standard capabilities of MIM, we integrate subsequent machining into the process. This synergy allows us to deliver affordable parts that reliably meet even strict tolerance criteria. We take full responsibility for the organisation and quality of the entire machining process.
Overmoulding
We carry out overmoulding using our own facilities. In our case, this involves a ceramic (CIM) component that is overmoulded with plastic, creating a strong, non-detachable bond. This solution combines the advantages of both materials – the ceramic part ensures high wear resistance, whilst the plastic part serves as a flexible carrier for the entire assembly.
