Thanks to this integrated approach, we have every step of the production cycle under control and can guarantee consistent results even for demanding technical projects.

MIM (Metal Injection Moulding) technology combines the advantages of plastic injection moulding with the properties of metals.

It enables the production of geometrically complex metal parts with high density, precision and reproducibility, often without the need for additional machining.

CIM (Ceramic Injection Moulding) technology uses a similar principle for technical ceramics, which offer exceptional hardness and resistance to heat and chemical stress.

Thanks to HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressing), we achieve even higher density and strength in sintered parts – by eliminating internal pores and improving mechanical properties.

Each of these processes has its own specific advantages. VIBROM is able to combine and adapt them to a specific project to ensure the result is a technically and economically optimal product.

All our activities are based on collaboration with partners from industry and academia, including the Czech Academy of Sciences, with whom we develop new materials and manufacturing processes.

Our teams of designers, technologists and materials specialists work closely with production, enabling us to respond quickly to changes and optimise the process according to customer requirements.

Every component undergoes comprehensive metrological and metallographic inspection, which guarantees the quality and repeatability of production.

We founded VIBROM as a family business, which has specialised in the production of powder materials and precision ceramic mouldings since 1993.

We have gradually expanded our production and research capacities through our branches in Třebechovice pod Orebem and Jeníkovice near Hradec Králové.

Since 2018, we have been a strategic partner of the Colt CZ Group, which has strengthened our export focus and technological investments.
